Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Full Time Day Shift from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm OR Night Shift from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
- Part Time Evening Shift 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Canadian / Australian / UK Telemarketing Job
- Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service, inside Sales or telemarketing experience within a call center environment
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Educational Requirements: O LEVEL / A LEVEL / HSC / SSC
Experience Requirements
- 0.5 to 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tele Marketing
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 18 to 25 year(s)
- Strong computer skills
- Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good listening skills
- Able to work with multiple web-based computer programs
- Able to effectively overcome objections through use of sales rebuttals
- Familiar with international standard sales concepts, practices and procedures
- NEUTRALISED ENGLISH WITHOUT GRAMMATICAL ERRORS MUST
